Ummmm, ok so I have this weird obsession with Halo Elites. :heart: They're soooo cool! I mean, how cool would it be to have two thumbs on each hand. And six rows of teeth....and stand around 8' tall. Ok, anyway, for those of you who don't like Halo.....sorry but im gonna be drawing alot of Halo stuff.

I know I made alot of mistakes on this elite. His armor is off (i couldn't find any good pictures) and his figure is off too. Anyway, It's my first attempt at an Elite and some pointers or tips would be nice.

Done in 3 hours. I used graphite, inking pens and crappy colored pencils I found in my desk.

Oh, just had an afterthought. This was going to be Honk Honk from Red v.s. Blue. But it's not because I can't draw needlers. lol. I many just have to draw Honk Honk later on. BLARG!

Well done! The shading is nice, and the few problems with the overall anatomy are minor. His sword's a bit small, though. :B

Great job on the coloring and highlighting! Especially on the armor. :33

The torso is fine, the face/mandibles and legs are all I see that's kinda off. The sword could be a little bigger but they're a pain to draw anyway, especially at angles. :XD:

If this is your first attempt at an Elite... then wow. Mine was nowhere near this good, so it looks like you have a lot of potential! :boogie:

Hmm... To be honest I still have a little trouble on both of those myself. xD As far as the legs, you always have to be careful of not making them smaller as you keep going down. Keep them buff. As far as mandibles/face, their eyes are always near the end of their head, and then there's the slight muzzle, and both mandibles hinge pretty much under/just behind the eye.

...I'm probably not making any sense at all. :XD: Like I said, this is REALLY good anyway, especially your first try. ^w^

Aww, I understand you perfectly! Thank you sooooo much! This really helps! :3 Allright, eyes near the end of the head, slight muzzle, mandibles hinge under/ behind eye and keep the legs buff. Will do!

Yay! Elite-not-quite-Honk-Honk-thing!!! I'm probablly going to be your least helpful review considering that the only times I get to play Halo are with you guys and so I -never- play the story mode. So, yeah, I don't really know what to tell you about how to make it more realalistic. Sorry. I'm just here to express my love!

awwww thanks! You should play on the story mode...that way you can get better at slayer without playing blood gulch. and then we can kick butt at the halo tournaments! XD
