Ok, this is a photograph of a drawing I did on black paper. My scanner sucks so it won't pick up the color- it just scanned this picture in black and white. So I fished out my very old camera, snaped a few shots and picked the best one. So sorry for the very poor quality.
This one took about 20 minutes to draw and color.
Elites belong to Bungie and this picture to me.

Holy crap! I know that this would have been clearer if the scanner worked, but, man, I LOVE it like this, too. ^-^

Swords are evil. I really only grab them because if I have it than no one else can grab it. *sigh* they never work for me. Seriously. I DO do the "lock" thing, and I draw blood, but they NEVER die. And then they kill me and go "HA, pwned you, n00b!!!"

...really, is it any surprise i don't like this weapon. Give me a shotgun and a rocket launcher anytime. :D

This is really rather nice! I'm liking the colours, and the general darkness and menace behind the drawing. Great use of glow too. One point about the sword, the way the leet's holding it seems to suggest that the sword would be pointing forward slightly, in which case the tips of the blades would diverge and also be bigger, thus giving a sense of perspective.

lol. You are very very scary with a rocket launcher...and with a shotgun. I however, enjoy needlers and pistols. but rocket launchers are just as fun. :D and shotguns work well against the flood...

...you are right! No wonder the blade looked a little funny. Thanks, I'll keep that in mind next time I draw the energy sword.
